Joe Troyer: A lot of times we just don’t know what’s possible, so we don’t know that we can try. So for me, one of the most powerful things that I’ve found over the last couple of months, um, since my transformation is longer term fasting. Okay. So past 16:8 right? Past 20, past 22 past one meal a day, so to speak, or Omad they call it a and running 48 hour fast, right? Running 72 hour fast. And again, this doesn’t come over night. I would never recommend you guys just go out and you start with a 72 hour fast and you’ve never fasted before. Don’t do that, right? Start in easy. But over time you can start to push the boundaries. And folks, at the end of the day, the discipline that this will give you guys and saying and the discipline will build ridiculous habits for you guys in both your personal life, right?


Joe Troyer: And your health and your relationships, but also in your businesses, I believe as well. Um, and when you do these longer fasts, something starts to kick in called autophagy . And this is your body’s way of naturally removing what you could call cellular debris, okay? And what happens is your body starts to naturally get rid of in destroy cells in its body, okay? In your body. And your body will always eat and destroy the bad cells first. So think of this as a way to repair your body and to get rid of all the horrible, stupid shit that you’ve done to yourself over the years, right? So I treated my body very badly for a very, very long time. Okay? Now’s the time for me to start treating it better. I want to live for a long time, right? I want to be around as a grandfather, as a great grandfather, right?


Joe Troyer: And so now’s the time to start fixing some shit. But what also happens, as you start body starts to heal itself and get rid of the bad cells, is there’s also a rise in stem cells. So you guys, I’m sure have seen all the crazy research with stem cells. Know that at the end of the day, if you just went and started implementing autophagy, you’d see a rise in stem cells, right? And you’d see stem cell based regeneration of new immune cells in your own body. So you’d have all of the effects, right? And you guys would feel the benefits of this, like things like healing of old injuries and it even deeper state of Ketosis, right? Understand that ketones are going to help you guys heal the brain. They’re going to help you guys heal the gut. And also it can help you guys turn off bad genes.


Joe Troyer: Okay? So if you know you’ve got some really bad genes and you got some issues with your genes has been proven that this can actually help you guys turn off those bad genes. Okay. And it also down regulates inflammation and also oxidized stresses if you guys are familiar with those. Okay. So for me at the end of the day, um, I’m a student, right? I’m always learning. They’re drumming has been asking me to learn about something for a couple, a couple of webinars. Now every single time that we talk about Keto and fasting and everything else, and I’m 100% interested, right? Because my mindset is I’m always willing to learn, right? I am a lifelong student, and that’s how I keep progressing and how I keep getting better in my life every single day that I’m here on earth. Okay. And if there’s one message that I can get to you guys, is to always be a lifelong learner.
