Joe Troyer: Steves asks, “Do you outsource your billing and accounting or are they in-house?” So guys, in my agency, I don’t even really use the word in-house or outsourcing. People that aren’t in my office are still part of my team. I don’t really hire a trainer, bring on anybody. I guess that just does some random tasks for me. But past providers for me are few and far between. I don’t really “out cast” very much. I would say that I outsource a lot. But here’s what you got to understand about when I outsource. When I outsource, I create the process, I create the system myself. I do it myself. I make sure that it works myself. I figure out when shit hits the fan, what the fuck to do about it. And I build that into the process. And when I hire, I hire people full time.

Joe Troyer: So, “Do you outsource your billing and accounting or are they in-house?” Well, they’re definitely not in-house, but they’re full time team members, which a lot of them, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, like are all over the world. And some of them have been with me six and even seven, even eight years. So I don’t know. “Do you outsource your billing and accounting or are they in-house?” Not really sure how to answer that. I guess it would be outsource, cause they’re not in the office. We have an amazing girl who runs billing every single week inside of our agency. Though to answer your question, you shouldn’t be doing it. You shouldn’t be running bill collector. They should be figuring out the invoices and the totals. And then they should be running the credit card or running the ACH transaction, not sending again an invoice to your prospect. Charge your prospect.
