Joe Troyer: All right. So next up is I want to talk to you guys about the five signs that you guys are fat adapted. So when you follow through and you do what I laid out, right, in the transitioning phase, there’s five signs to look out for that you’re fat adapted and your body is now running off of fat and you’re going to start getting the benefits right, of actually being in Ketosis and being on Keto. Okay? So first and foremost is kind of a strange one. You guys are gonna have the ability to skip meals and you’re going to feel just fine. Your energy’s not going to crash and you’re not going to feel hunger, and you could literally push back your meal time. For most of you guys on the call, I’m assuming that that’s probably never happened in your life, right? It’s 11 o’clock and you’re like, Shit, I’m for hungry, right? So like, I ate at, I don’t know, 2:30 today, right? Like I have no problem. I can wake up at four 45 in the morning and not eat until 2:30 and worked out at five o’clock in the morning, fasted. And I’m not hungry until that.


Joe Troyer: Okay. So first and foremost, right? You’re going to have the ability to skip meals. You’re not going to be so dependent on food. Okay, Second up is that your energy levels, like we were talking about earlier, just going to Frickin explode, okay? So your body is keeping glucose and insulin, right? stable and uh, leaving you guys with all day energy. You’re no longer having the spikes and the this right with the glucose and the insulin. But when you keep that stable, right, you’re going to like quite literally all day just have this, this energy all day long. Okay, So you will very much notice a change once you’re keto adapted or they say fat adapted, you’ll see a big change in your energy levels. Just like I did. So much in fact, right? That I had to start working out.


Joe Troyer: Okay. I like two or three o’clock in the afternoon. Um, I would have so much energy that I felt, I felt like I was like raging, like pent up bowl. Like I was just going to lose my mind. Like I just had to get out and do something. And guys, for somebody that like never stepped into gym, you couldn’t pay me right to run down the street, you couldn’t pay me to jog down the street. That was a big change. And those energy levels were a little strange for a couple of days as I tried to figure out what to do with the energy. But folks, that is a blessing, right? To feel like you got to get up and you’ve got to do something and you got to get active is obviously going to have a lot of other benefits on, on you as a person. Uh, so next up is, uh, the, the third sign that you’re fat adapted is your sugar cravings will basically all but stopped. Okay. So when you’re producing ketones in your fat adapted, you’re going to have kind of a natural appetite suppressants with Keto. Okay. Okay. And you’re going to feel like, yeah, I can eat, but I could not eat for another couple of hours to just be like, yeah, okay. And as you fight off sugar and you do Keto the right way, right? Um, and you’re not eating all kinds of, you know, uh, alternative sweeteners and things like that, you will have no sugar cravings.


Joe Troyer: Okay. And last are step number four, I guess, is that you will start seeing a lot of fat loss.


Joe Troyer: So you’ll start reporting low insulin levels, which means that you’re going to have a lot of fat loss, effortlessly. If there’s fat to lose. And a number five guys is, there’ll be like just this aura man. It’s, it’s hard to explain, but the mental clarity that you will feel with Keto is ridiculous, right? So ketones fueling the brain is just an amazing effect. They did a study and found that, um, ketones fueling your brain is three times more efficient, right, than glucose. And so what’s going to happen is like you’re, you’re just going to have this sharp mental focus and awareness and ability that I can’t say that I’ve ever had before in my entire life. Okay. Um, and where the cognitive benefits alone, I personally, at this stage of my life for the mental benefits alone, can’t see myself ever not being Keto. Right? Like that’s a big commitment. That’s a big phrase, right? But, I can’t stop even from the weight and physical benefits alone, like the mental clarity for my mind, for my personal life, but in also for my business, I can’t see an end in sight. Okay. So those are the five signs that you guys are fat adapted.
