Excellent discussion guys!! Question, for the both of you: regardless of how the lead comes in (cold call, email, social, etc), do you find that the clincher in closing is face-to-face with client at some point, or is remote communication all thats needed if value/trust is established during process? We’re based in NYC so there is plenty of local business here, but we havent ventured too much outside of areas we can drive to and curious about your success (or failure) with it.
We do both…. In person when we can. It works either way.
ok, thanks Joe. Last year I sat in on my brother-in-law getting a presentation/pitch from Yodle they were using join.me I think. It was very interesting on a few levels. Haven’t tried it yet myself but seems very doable. Thanks for your response.
Great video. Joe, do you have a link to the spreadsheet calculation sheet you said was mentioned in the previous discussion with Bryon?
Update: found it. 🙂
Yep just in the last video 😉
Very high value content hangout! Question on quantifying / tracking the leads from the client’s website on SEO. 1. I find clients do not want to change the phone number on their own website. How do you handle that? 2. Email / contact us forms – doe you insist on getting these forwarded to your email? (For clients that don’t want you to make a second site for)
Hey Chad, glad you thought it was of high value! Lets get your questions answered: 1. Don’t work with them if we cant track. If they are interested in you being able to show your results, they aren’t the client you want. 2. Yea, we want to understand again the current lead flow, and business coming in
Thanks Joe this addresses the some times desperate feeling I get to get them as a client. So much so to the point my compromise doesn’t afford me or my team to do our jobs effectively. I can’t manage what I can’t measure. So on to the next client. Enough hee hawing about it.
Glad you enjoyed it Vision Development Expert
Sorry to be off topic for a bit, but as far as ranking for local business, and selling services, and syndwire…what PayPerCall networks have you had great success with?
Hey Andrew it really depends on the certicals your going after. Not everyone is in your vertical etc. A great way to start is to look at Offer Vaults Pay Per Call Area: http://www.offervault.com/p…
thanks, this will give me a place to start!
Joe, I bought Syndwire through the Becker webinar. Where is the fast action bonus on Pay Per Call networks, etc?
Check your email, if you cant find it hit up support 😉
Support keeps pointing me to this page. No email received yet.
