Joe Troyer: Pay Per Call Question: You have made it clear that you get many leads via Google My Business. What about leads from webpages that you rank? Are webpages a valuable channel for leadgen, or is their value in ranking GMB’s primarily?

Joe Troyer: 90% of a website’s value in paper call, for me in the model of ranking in maps, if you’re ranking in maps, 90% of the model, 90% of the revenue will come from the GMB ranking. Only 10%, no matter what you do, organic rankings, ranking your ass off for all kinds of stuff, YouTube stuff as well, let’s say. Ranking third-party websites and citation sites and maps as well are inside Google organic as well. You’re gonna probably be at 90% are coming from GMB, 90% of your calls, 90% of your revenue. Maybe 80 if you freakin’ crush it everywhere.

Joe Troyer: Okay. So if you follow like an organic model for paper call, the GMB is where most of your volume is gonna come from. Okay, it’s where most of your volume is gonna come from. But that’s like an atypical situation understand. Okay, so a different situation is not all local queries bring up a map pack. If there’s no map pack, obviously none of the revenue is gonna come from Google Maps, ’cause it’s not there.
