Joe Troyer: Next up I want to share with you guys, my five Go to, Keto meals. Okay. So at the end of the day, I think that, everybody complicates the shit out of their Keto meals. I know that I did, when I first got started, I was like, I went on Pinterest and I started looking up recipes and one on Google and started looking up recipes. And I found these big elaborate, recipes, things that frankly guys like, would take a 45 minutes to an hour of meal prep, right? Like everyday. Like I just, every meal, even I don’t have the time for that. And if it’s going to be that elaborate, chances are I’m not going to stick to it, right. And if I can’t stick to something, I’m not going to do it because I can’t build that consistency and I can’t build that habit. So for me, guys, that stride app that we were talking about earlier helps me build habits.

Joe Troyer: Okay. if I do everything once a day for two weeks or for two, for three weeks, guys, I got the habit down. I’m good. I will do it by default almost every single day. Right. Or by default everyday. Okay. So for me, at the end of the day, in terms of my five Go to Keto meals, these are things that I turned to all the time and that are easy for me. They’re easy to cook, they’re easy for me to make. They’re like always in the fridge, so to speak, or in the freezer. And so I can make these, I can make them quickly and they aren’t huge elaborate meals. Okay. So my go to vegetables are, lettuce. Okay. They are, Broccoli. They are Broccolini, they are cauliflower. And really those are kind of the main vegetables that I eat. Okay. So then on top of that, like in terms of meals, at least once a week, twice a week I’m eating either like eggs and bacon or eggs and sausage.

Joe Troyer: Okay. I’m eating a Taco Salad, so I’m Browning some 80, 20 hamburger. Right. And I’m browning it with some Chili powder and some red pepper and some salt and pepper. Right. And then I’m putting it over a bed of lettuce that I chopped up. Okay. I’m putting some hot peppers on there. I’m putting a couple of scoops of salsa in there that has no carbs. All throw on some like hot peppers on there, some cheese and some hot sauce. Right? That’s a great fricking meal. Right? Um, I eat a Rib eye at least once a week. Okay. I, I’m a steak guy. I love stinks. Rib Eyes are amazing guy. If you told me that I got to diet and eat a Ribeye a couple times a week, I would have been like, you’re crazy. Where do I sign up? Well, where, where well, how do I get on that diet?

Joe Troyer: Right? I often eat a wedge salad, right? So a salad with blue cheese and Bacon, one of my favorites for sure. blue cheese is definitely a staple of mine, a chicken thighs I love as well. One of my favorite things to do is we have an air fryer, season up, a chicken thigh or a couple of chicken thighs and I’ll throw it in the air fryer so it gets nice and crispy. Right? Um, and uh, and it’s so moist because it’s dark meat. Uh, so that’s, that’s a great one that I use and I turned to all the time. So how many is that one, two, three, four, five. And then I kind of along the same lines, but I’ll do chicken wings at least once a week, if not twice a week. Okay. When we go out for dinner guys, a lot of those same meals that I cook at home I have for dinner.

Joe Troyer: So today is my anniversary. So when it turns four o’clock today on the live Ama, right? I gotta get the Hell Outta here or I’m going to be in trouble, uh, that it’s like my wife out. And when we go out for dinner tonight, I’m taking my wife to an Italian restaurant. No problem. Like every restaurant out there serve some kind of steak and a vegetable, right. Every restaurant out there serving some type of chicken and a vegetable, right? So it doesn’t have to be crazy. Like eating out can be easy. I don’t stress about eating out at all. Okay. I just turned to meals that I know are easy.
