I want to share with you guys the system that I built after finally being able to sit back to look at this from the thousand-foot view to zoom out so that I don't have to be in those cases. life circumstances to turn it on, to be able to really kick business up a notch, right? And to have that explosive growth that I want that sound good. So, I'm going to roll through my, my six things, my six things.

The system that I've built that helps me do this and I do this on a quarterly basis. So number one, number one, you need to make sure that you're surrounding yourself with people that you envy or people that you can envy. You can look at them and you can say, Man Justin Bell came out of nowhere he's doing 10 grand a month net.

Right? You can look at Jesse and say, dude, what the fuck he's doing 20 grand a month. Why cannot surround yourself with people that are doing better than you surround yourself with people that make you envious. It's gonna make you think at a whole different level. So make sure that you are in a place where you make sure you're surrounding yourself with people that are doing better. If you don't, I guarantee it'll be very, very hard to put yourself in that, that that point of pain unless a life circumstance happens. Okay? And I'm talking about tricking yourself once a quarter to doing this, okay? So it's very crucial that once a quarter at minimum, you surround yourself with people doing better. Number two, is that your goals have to be fucking stupid. For the quarter, they have to be ridiculous.

You have to think about those goals and literally want to vomit. You have to look at those goals and literally be nauseous to your stomach. Why? Because you have to cause the pain. Right? You have to be thinking about it. It has to be on your mind every single fucking day. In three months. I have to be here.

Right in three months. It's not like I'm going to go add another you know three clients to my business. That's not going to scare you. That's not going to haunt your fucking dreams every night. It's not going to wake you up at five o'clock in the morning going shit, dude, I gotta get off my ass. And the great thing about right like 10 X in your goals is Grant Cardone would say you're making like really big goals is that even if you fall two feet shy, right? Look at what you've done.

And I can tell you guys that if you follow this system, you will smash your fucking goals. Because you make yourself look like an idiot if you don't. And that's almost all of our biggest fears in life. One of the reasons again that I've been able to hit my goals religiously, is because my goals for me always make me feel super uncomfortable getting on webinars where its maximum We have 1000 people on live makes being fucking uncomfortable even to this day. I'll never forget my first live event that we ever threw. And literally, I remember throwing up before going in to start speaking, right? I was that scared.

I was scared shitless I want you guys to know that everybody has fear. Everybody scared. It's what you do. that defines who you are when you are scared or when you do have fear. So marks Mark Twain says courage is resistance to fear. mastery of fear, not absence of fear. I we're all scared of something. Can't let fear fucking control you. If your goals don't make you sweat, they don't make you cringe.

If they don't make you say shit. They don't make you nervous. If they don't wake you up in the middle of the night. They're not fucking big enough. Three So we're on three now. So three is get out of your comfort zone every day, not once a month, not once a quarter every single day. You need to be in that state of willing to grow.

And the only way that that's going to happen is by getting out of your comfort zone literally every single day. And it doesn't just have to be business it can be personal to think about the things that you're scared of or that you're uncomfortable with. control those fears control those actions, make fear your fucking bitch. Take control.

Again, think about Olympians right? Every single day they're outside of their comfort zone. How can I get one-second faster? How can I lift X amount more? How can I just get to that next goal every single day. That's why they're champions. That's why they're great.
