Great stuff as I work through it all. Thank you. I don’t think you can take the monthly ROI and multiply by 12 because the annual revenue and costs are both x12. The annual ROI % should be the same as the monthly ROI.
My real question is the SEO part to get the leads. Will you have a session on that?

I didn’t see it in the video. When pulling keywords to show to the client how do you decide which keywords to use, are you sorting by CPC, volume? And are you doing keyword research to figure the difficulty of those keywords before you attack those and use them as examples to beat if client didn’t provide the keywords. Joe…I think you give great info here. I am an SEO who does not have enough clients. I think my issue is my offer. I like your guarantee. My challenge is how to ensure I get the leads that the client pays for. Do you have a session saying what you do …not sure if you set up a separate site…get it ranked ..or how you ensure it gets ranked. Know this is a big ask but I basically need some help. Brilliant Template thanks Joe! I just went through an filled it out for a bathroom renovations company in my city. Came out with over $1mill in annual revenue based on 10% click capture, 10% lead generation and 30% conversion! Super powerful to show this to a client. Much better than the usual pages of “Here’s what you get” crap I put in my proposals LOL!! In this case I’m not sure that 30% conversion is realistic, as a lot of people shop around multiple suppliers in this (like most) niche. But at 30% it makes the lead value around $5,000!! So even if I was charging $2K/mth for SEO it would be a total steal!!
Do you have any current stats Joe on the relative CTR’s for #1 in the 3/7-pack vs #1 organic?

What is the point of including the Cost Of Traffic If Paying Google? Seems most of the time that would be a lower cost than what you’re charging.
Does Lane stop charging 50% as soon as the website is on page one for ANY of the keywords? Or, only after ALL of them are on Page one?
